June 2019 TBR

Holy cow. How is it already June? Wasn’t it just February like a day ago? Is that something we always say? Like “wow this year flew by!” Maybe not. I feel like there have been years when things have absolutely dragged on to the point of exhaustion. I like when the year flies by because we get to Christmas faster (the only reason to get through a year, in my opinion.) Anyway, I’ve rambled about time longer than was actually valuable to this post, so let’s get started! This months books are *drum roll please* …

  • And Then I Found You (Patti Callahan Henry)
  • After We Fell (Anna Todd)
  • Please Stop Laughing at Me (Jodee Blanco)
  • Grist Mill Road (Christopher J. Yates)
  • Daisy Jones & The Six (Taylor Jenkins Reid)
  • The Near Witch (VE Schwab)

(Also side note: I’m re-reading A Court of Thorns and Roses because I want to!)

I’m pretty pumped. I’m not too sure about the Henry or Yates books. They sound good, though, so I’m hoping they actually are. Blanco’s book I’ve been meaning to read since I bought it and I have a feeling it’s going to break my heart. And then Jenkins Reid and Schwab are going to be good because the internet tells me they will be good. And then internet never lies and is never wrong. So … faith.
